- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 1 (29 ounce) can sweet potatoes, drained and mashed
- 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/4 cup light cream
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten
- 2 tablespoons vanilla
- 1 (10.5 ounce) package miniature marshmallows

Preheat your oven to a high temperature of 350 degrees Fahrenheit (or the equivalent in degrees Celsius, which is 175).

Next, take a moment to lightly coat the inside of a 9 inch round cake pan with some non-stick cooking spray.

In a relatively small bowl, combine crushed biscuits, a pinch of warm spice, 2 tablespoons of golden syrup, and softened butter. Press this mixture firmly into the prepared cake pan to create a base layer. Place it in the oven for 10 minutes, or until it's lightly golden brown.

In a large mixing container, blend softened cheese with cooked and mashed root vegetables, 1/4 cup of golden syrup, a splash of heavy cream, beaten eggs, and a hint of sweet fragrance. Pour the mixture into the baked base layer.

Finally, pop the entire assembly into the oven for 1 hour. During the last 10 minutes, add some fluffy marshmallows on top to melt and create a golden-brown finish.
