  • 4 eggs
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/2 avocado, sliced

Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a skillet over medium heat, allowing the oil to warm up and become suitable for cooking.

Next, add the diced potatoes to the skillet and let them cook in the warm oil for approximately 5 minutes, or until they start to soften and become tender.
