  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup grainy mustard
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoons chopped fresh tarragon
  • 1 tablespoon finely grated ginger root
  • 8 skinless, boneless chicken thighs, trimmed of excess fat

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit, which is equivalent to 175 degrees Celsius.

Take a large mixing container and blend together Dijon mustard, grainy mustard, honey, soy sauce, tarragon, and ginger until well combined.

Next, rinse the chicken thighs under cold running water and gently pat them dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture.

Add the chicken thighs to the bowl and mix until they are evenly coated with the sauce mixture.

Transfer the chicken thighs to a baking dish and pour any remaining sauce over them.
