  • 1 large egg, beaten
  • 1 cube beef bouillon, crumbled

Combine ketchup, brown sugar, 1 tablespoon of freshly squeezed lemon juice, and mustard in a small bowl using a spoon until the mixture is smooth and free of lumps.

Add ground beef, bread, 1/3 cup of the ketchup mixture, chopped onion, beaten egg, and bouillon to a large mixing bowl; blend everything together until it's well combined.
