Ingredients
- 1/4 cup honey
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons whole-grain Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 4 (4 ounce) fillets swai fish
Instructions
1
Preheat your oven to a high temperature of 425 degrees Fahrenheit (220 degrees Celsius), ensuring it reaches the optimal heat for cooking.
2
Mix together a sweet and tangy sauce by combining honey, mayonnaise, olive oil, mustard, and lemon juice in a bowl until well combined.
3
Prepare each fish fillet by placing it on separate sheets of aluminum foil, creating a barrier to prevent any sticking or mess during cooking.
4
Apply the honey sauce evenly over each fish fillet, making sure to cover every part of the fillet.
5
Gently wrap the aluminum foil around each coated fish fillet, pressing it firmly onto the top to seal the packet and prevent any escape of flavors during baking.
6
Place the sealed fish fillets in the preheated oven and bake until they are tender and flake easily with a fork, approximately 13 minutes.
7
Once cooked, carefully remove one fish fillet from the foil packet and place it on each serving plate.
8
Finish by topping each fish fillet with a spoonful of the leftover sauce that was trapped inside the foil packet.
