- 3 tablespoons chili garlic sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup water

Clean and thoroughly dry the chicken wings using a clean towel or paper towels. Combine sugar, soy sauce, rice wine, chili garlic sauce, sesame oil, and minced garlic in a spacious container, stirring until well blended.

Add the chicken wings to the marinade mixture and gently toss them to ensure they are evenly coated with the sauce.

Heat a well-oiled skillet over medium heat.

Gently stir in the chicken wings, sauce mixture, and water into the skillet. Cover the skillet with a lid and cook until the chicken wings lose their pink color at the bone, periodically turning them to prevent burning, approximately 15 minutes. Remove the lid and continue cooking until the sauce thickens, taking around 5 to 10 minutes.
