- 3 tablespoons teriyaki sauce
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- 1 tablespoon red curry paste
- 3 large skinless, boneless chicken breast halves - cut into thin strips
- 16 bamboo skewers, soaked in water for 20 minutes

Combine the sweetened condensed milk, teriyaki sauce, vinegar and curry paste in a medium-sized bowl. Mix everything together until well combined.

Cover the chicken pieces with this mixture and refrigerate for at least 1.5 hours to allow the flavors to penetrate.

Heat up a grill or broiler to its highest temperature setting.

Take the chicken out of the marinade and place it on skewers, discarding any leftover sauce.

Grill or broil the chicken for 3 minutes on each side, or until it reaches a fully cooked state.
