Preheat a large skillet over extremely high heat. Introduce ground pork into the skillet; cook and stir constantly until it reaches a dark brown, almost crumbling consistency, approximately 5 to 7 minutes. Remove excess fat from the skillet.

Introduce sliced onion and carrots into the skillet; stir-fry over extremely high heat, roughly 2 minutes.

Combine rice vinegar, ketchup, sugar, and soy sauce in a separate container; thoroughly mix the ingredients together before adding them to the pork mixture.

Add broccoli and bell pepper to the skillet; cover the skillet, significantly reduce heat to a medium level, and cook until broccoli is tender, taking around 7 to 10 minutes.
