- 1 (14 ounce) package Hillshire Farm® Smoked Sausage, cut into 1/2-inch slices
- 1 red bell pepper, seeded, chopped
- 1/4 cup sweet chili garlic sauce*
- 1 cup fresh pineapple, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
- 3 cups cooked rice

Heat a large saucepan over medium-high heat and sauté the sausage until it develops a light brown color, about 5 minutes

. Meanwhile, add sliced bell peppers to the saucepan and continue cooking until they become tender, also taking around 5 minutes

. Next, introduce the chili garlic sauce into the mixture and stir to combine with the sausage and bell peppers. After another 5 minutes of cooking, add chunks of pineapple to the saucepan and stir everything together

. Finally, serve the sausage, bell pepper, and pineapple mixture over a bed of cooked rice
