Combine eggs in a spacious bowl and incorporate milk, flour, sugar, 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil, and vanilla extract until the mixture forms a very fluid consistency.

Preheat a flat cooking surface or a Swedish pancake pan over medium heat; add approximately 1 teaspoon of oil. Pour a small amount of the mixture onto the cooking surface and tilt it to evenly distribute the batter into a thin layer; cook until it develops a light brown hue, 2 to 3 minutes. Flip the pancake and cook until it's browned on the other side, adding 2 to 3 minutes more. Fold the pancake and position it on a plate. Repeat the process with the remaining mixture.
