  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1 3/4 cups white sugar
  • 1/4 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1/8 cup all-purpose flour

Preheat your oven to a high temperature of 400 degrees Fahrenheit or 200 degrees Celsius.

To create the crust, combine crushed graham crackers, granulated sugar, and melted butter in a bowl. Use your hands or a spoon to press the mixture evenly into the bottom of a 9- or 10-inch springform pan.
