Quick Chicken Noodle Soup

  • 8 cups water
  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken meat
  • 4 cubes chicken bouillon
  • 2 cups thin egg noodles

Fill a large container with water, then add the chicken and bouillon cube. Place the pot over high heat and bring the mixture to a rolling boil. Continue cooking until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees F (74 degrees C), indicated by it no longer being pink in the center and the juices running clear.

Once the chicken is cooked, carefully lift it out of the pot using a slotted spoon or tongs. Cut the chicken into small, bite-sized pieces and then return it to the pot.

Next, add the egg noodles to the pot and cook until they are tender.
