- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 1 teaspoon red colored sugar

Preheat your oven to the desired temperature of 350 degrees Fahrenheit, or equivalently, 175 degrees Celsius.

Prepare a baking sheet by covering it with parchment paper for easy cleanup.

Mix 1 and 1/2 cups of white sugar with butter in a bowl using an electric mixer until you achieve a smooth consistency, approximately 3 minutes. Incorporate the egg into the butter mixture and add strawberry puree.

Combine flour, vanilla extract, baking powder, and salt in a separate bowl and mix them into the strawberry mixture using a spoon until flour is fully incorporated into the dough.
