- 1 1/4 pounds fresh strawberries, sliced

Preheat your oven to the desired temperature of 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees Celsius).

Next, take a moment to grease two loaf pans of the specified dimensions - 7 inches in length and 3 inches in width.

To begin preparing the ingredients, combine flour, sugar, 1 and a half cups of rolled oats, cinnamon, baking powder, and salt in a large mixing bowl.

In another separate container, whisk together oil and eggs until they are fully incorporated; then stir these two components into the flour mixture, blending just enough to achieve a moist consistency.
