Ingredients
- 1 cup chopped romaine lettuce
- 1 cup fresh spinach
- 1 cup chopped kale
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 1 cooked chicken breast, sliced
- 1/2 cup sliced almonds
- 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and quartered
- 1 tablespoon white sugar
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- salt and ground black pepper to taste

Combine the leaves of romaine, spinach, and kale in a medium-sized bowl. Spread sliced strawberries uniformly across the top of these leafy greens. Place cooked chicken on top of the salad mixture. Add sliced almonds and crumbled feta cheese as a garnish.

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees Celsius). Cover a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Place quartered strawberries on the prepared baking sheet. Sprinkle sugar over them evenly.

Roast in the preheated oven until they become soft and golden, approximately 20 minutes. Allow them to cool for 10 minutes.

Combine the roasted strawberries with their juice, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, honey, mustard, garlic, salt, and pepper in a food processor. Process the dressing until it is smooth.

Drizzle this dressing over the salad and serve immediately.
