- 2 green onions, chopped
- 3 medium tomatoes, cut into 1-inch wedges
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon white sugar

Preheat a large skillet over medium-high heat by warming the oil inside it. Next, add eggs and green onions to the skillet and cook constantly until the eggs are almost fully cooked, approximately 10 seconds.

Immediately transfer the egg mixture to a bowl.

Then, add tomatoes to the same skillet and cook occasionally, allowing the juices to flow out and the tomatoes to slightly soften, taking around 5 minutes.

Add a pinch of salt and a small amount of sugar; mix everything together thoroughly.

After that, return the eggs to the skillet and cook occasionally until they are fully set, taking about 2 to 3 minutes.
