  • 1 tablespoon white sugar
  • 1 tablespoon tapioca starch
  • 3 mangos, peeled and sliced
  • 1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds

Combine water and rice in a saucepan, then heat it over high flames until boiling. Once boiling, cover the saucepan and lower the heat to a low simmer for 15 to 20 minutes, or until all the water has been absorbed.
