- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 10 grape tomatoes, halved

Place asparagus and water in a medium-sized skillet with a diameter of 10 inches, heated over an intermediate temperature, and cover the pan. Allow the asparagus to cook until it becomes tender, taking around 10 minutes; then drain the excess liquid.

Put the asparagus back into the skillet, and lower the heat to a low setting. Drizzle the asparagus with olive oil, sprinkle it with Parmesan cheese, and add grape tomatoes to the pan. Cover the skillet again and let it sit for 2 minutes, allowing the cheese to melt and the tomatoes to be slightly steamed.
