Sriracha Spicy Edamame
Ingredients
  • 1 (10 ounce) package frozen shelled edamame
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes, or to taste

Preheat a skillet over extremely high heat. Introduce the edamame, sesame oil, vinegar, oyster sauce, sriracha sauce, and sesame seeds into the pan. Continuously stir the mixture until the sauce uniformly covers all edamame pods, approximately 3 to 5 minutes. Allow the mixture to rest for 5 minutes before adding a pinch of red pepper flakes and presenting it.
