Prepare two baking sheets by lining them with silicone mats to ensure easy removal of the meringue creations.

In a bowl, combine egg whites and lemon juice, whisking them together until they become thick, white, and frothy. Gradually add sugar a small amount at a time, whisking continuously to prevent lumps from forming. Continue this process until the meringue achieves a shiny, thick, and stable consistency.

Transfer the prepared meringue to a piping bag for easy manipulation. Pipe 12 bone shapes onto one baking sheet and 12 ghostly puffs onto the other.
