- 1/2 (10 ounce) package fresh spinach
- 6 large eggs, slightly beaten
- salt and ground black pepper to taste
- 3 tablespoons cream cheese, cut into small pieces

Heat a large skillet over medium heat and melt the butter. Introduce sliced mushrooms and minced garlic into the skillet, stirring occasionally until the aroma of garlic becomes noticeable, approximately 1 minute.

Add a handful of fresh spinach leaves to the skillet and continue cooking until they have lost their crispness, taking around 2-3 minutes.

Gently fold in beaten eggs and sprinkle with a pinch of salt and pepper. Allow the mixture to cook undisturbed until it begins to set, then carefully flip it over.
