- 12 hard-boiled eggs, peeled

Combine a mixture of vinegar and water with finely chopped onion, the spicy sauce known as Sriracha, and a pinch of sea salt in a cooking vessel.

Heat the mixture over medium heat until it reaches a gentle boil, then reduce the temperature and let it simmer for a short period of time.

Once the mixture has cooled down slightly, remove it from the heat source and allow it to lose some of its heat.
