Combine eggs, egg whites, and milk in a bowl until they are fully incorporated. Add the chopped parsley, dried thyme, garlic powder, chili powder, minced garlic, sazon seasoning, and adobo spice blend. Mix in the sliced sausages and shredded mozzarella cheese until everything is well combined.
