  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 pound pecan halves

Preheat your oven to a medium-high temperature of 250 degrees F (or 120 degrees C). To prevent the baking sheet from sticking, cover it with a layer of parchment paper.

In a separate container, combine the egg and water, stirring until the mixture becomes light and airy. Add the vanilla extract to the mixture and blend well. Next, incorporate the sugar, cinnamon, and salt into the egg mixture, ensuring everything is fully combined.

Add the pecans to the egg mixture and stir until they are evenly coated with the sugar and spice blend. Transfer the pecan mixture to the prepared baking sheet.
