  • 1 (16 ounce) package spaghetti
  • 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 3/4 pound processed cheese
  • 1 (10 ounce) can diced tomatoes with green chile peppers
  • 1 cup chopped green onion
  • 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves - boiled, cut into bite size pieces

Fill a large container with water, adding a moderate amount of salt to the water. Place the pot on high heat and bring the water to a rolling boil.

Once the water is boiling, carefully add your pasta to it. Continue cooking for 8-10 minutes or until the pasta reaches the desired level of firmness, known as al dente. Remove the pasta from the water using a strainer.

Separately, warm up your soup in a large saucepan over low heat. Introduce cheese into the saucepan and stir constantly until the majority of the cheese has melted.

Meanwhile, combine Rotel tomatoes with green chiles and chopped green onion in a bowl. Heat these ingredients over low heat for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
