- 1/4 cup Buffalo wing sauce
- 1 refrigerated pizza dough
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil, divided
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

Next, prepare a pizza pan by coating it with a non-stick substance to prevent the dough from sticking.

Now, place boneless chicken into a large pot and submerge it in salted water. Bring the mixture to a boil, then continue cooking until the chicken is cooked through and no longer pink in the center. This should take around 15 minutes. Use a thermometer to check that the internal temperature of the chicken reaches at least 165 degrees F (74 degrees C).

Once cooked, transfer the shredded chicken to a bowl and use two forks to break it down into smaller pieces.

Meanwhile, melt butter in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the shredded chicken and Buffalo wing sauce to the hot butter, stirring constantly until the mixture is well-coated and heated through. This should take around 2 to 4 minutes.

Now, roll out pizza dough on a surface dusted with flour to the desired size of 12 inches. Place the dough on a lightly floured surface and shape it into a round.

Brush the dough with 1 tablespoon of oil, then sprinkle it evenly with 1 cup of mozzarella cheese. Leave a 1-inch border around the edges.
