- 2 (15 ounce) cans tomato sauce
- 1 (14.5 ounce) can diced tomatoes with green chilies (such as RO*TEL®)

Heat the butter in a pan over medium heat. Allow it to melt and then sauté the rice, stirring constantly until it develops a light golden color, approximately 3 to 4 minutes.

Combine the diced bell pepper and onion with the rice mixture, stirring frequently until the bell pepper becomes tender and the onion is translucent, ranging from 5 to 8 minutes.

Introduce the ground beef into the rice mixture and cook, stirring continuously until the beef is fully browned, taking around 8 to 10 minutes.

Add the tomato sauce and diced tomatoes to the ground beef mixture, then cover the pan with a lid. Lower the heat and let it simmer until the rice is tender and all the liquid has been absorbed, approximately 20 minutes.
