- 2/3 cup white sugar
- 2/3 cup brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt

- 1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 3/4 cups old-fashioned rolled oats, divided

Preheat your oven to the desired temperature of 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

To prevent sticking, lightly coat two 8x4-inch loaf pans with a thin layer of oil or cooking spray.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the oil, eggs, and pumpkin in a harmonious blend.

Next, add white and brown sugar to the mixture, stirring until they are fully incorporated with the other ingredients.

Add baking powder, salt, cinnamon, cloves, and nutmeg to the bowl, stirring until these dry ingredients are well combined with the wet ingredients.
