- 2 cups brown sugar
- 4 cinnamon sticks, or more to taste
- 1 pinch apple pie spice
- 1 (750 milliliter) bottle 190 proof grain alcohol
- 1 (750 milliliter) bottle vodka

Collect and prepare all necessary components.

Mix together apple juice, apple cider, white sugar, brown sugar, cinnamon sticks, and apple pie spice in a large container; heat it to almost a boiling point. Cover the container with a lid, lower the heat and let it gently simmer for approximately 1 hour. Take it off the heat source and allow it to cool down completely.

Stir grain alcohol and vodka into the apple syrup; take out the cinnamon sticks for removal.

Pour the resulting apple pie moonshine into clean glass containers or bottles. Place them in the refrigerator for storage.
