- 1 pinch adobo seasoning with pepper (such as Goya®)

Introduce the sliced onion, chopped carrot, steamed broccoli florets, diced bell pepper, and minced garlic into the saucepan; cook and stir constantly until the vegetables become tender and the garlic starts to develop a golden color, approximately 5 minutes.

Add the broth, uncooked rice, and a blend of savory seasonings, including sazón and adobo; stir until the mixture comes to a rolling boil. Gradually decrease the heat to a low setting and cook until the liquid has been fully absorbed by the rice, resulting in it becoming tender, roughly 25 minutes.
