- 2 medium zucchini, sliced
- 4 medium tomatoes, peeled and chopped
- 1 teaspoon white sugar, or to taste
- salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

Preheat your cooking surface by heating the oil in a frying pan over an intermediate temperature. Introduce sliced onions and minced garlic into the pan, then cook them while occasionally stirring for 3 minutes. Introduce diced potatoes and sliced bell peppers into the pan, raise the heat to a higher level, and cook them while stirring occasionally for 5 minutes. Introduce grated zucchini into the pan, then continue to cook and stir it for 5 minutes more.
