- 1 teaspoon minced fresh ginger
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 3 tablespoons cold water
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 (12 ounce) package broccoli coleslaw mix
- 1 zucchini, diced
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 1/2 cup sliced green onions
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 2 cubed cooked chicken breasts

Preheat your oven to a high temperature of 450 degrees Fahrenheit (230 degrees Celsius). Position the spaghetti squash on a baking sheet with its cut side facing upwards.

Allow the spaghetti squash to cook in the preheated oven for a period of time ranging from 30 to 45 minutes, or until it reaches the desired level of tenderness. Remove the squash from the oven and use a fork to shred its flesh, discarding the outer skin in the process.

In a separate saucepan, combine chicken broth, peanut butter, chile-garlic sauce, fish sauce, soy sauce, rice vinegar, oyster sauce, ginger, sesame oil, and black pepper. Bring the mixture to a rolling boil over high heat.

In another bowl, whisk together water and cornstarch until the mixture is smooth and free of lumps. Gradually add this mixture to the saucepan, continuing to boil until the sauce reaches the desired consistency, taking around 5 to 10 minutes. Reduce the heat to a low simmer and allow the sauce to cook gently.

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the broccoli slaw, zucchini, red bell pepper, green onion, cilantro, and shredded spaghetti squash to the skillet. Cook until all the ingredients are tender, approximately 10 minutes.
