Ingredients
- 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1 (7 ounce) can diced green chile peppers, drained
- 1 cup sour cream
- 16 (6 inch) corn tortillas, cut into strips
- 10 ounces cooked turkey, diced
- 8 ounces shredded Cheddar cheese
Instructions
1
Preheat your oven to the desired temperature, which is 350 degrees Fahrenheit or 175 degrees Celsius.
2
In a large mixing container, merge the chicken soup, mushroom soup, diced chile peppers, and sour cream.
3
Cover the base of a 9x13-inch baking dish with corn tortillas, followed by a layer of sliced turkey. Pour the soup mixture over the turkey, then sprinkle with half of the cheese. Continue this pattern and finish by topping it all off with the remaining cheese.
4
Place the baking dish in the oven and bake for 30 to 45 minutes, or until the cheese reaches a golden brown and bubbly state.
