- 1 1/2 tablespoons ground cumin
- 1/2 tablespoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon dried red pepper flakes
- salt and pepper to taste
