Submerge a large pot in water and insert the sous vide immersion cooker, following the manufacturer's guidelines for temperature settings. Allow 15 minutes to pass before proceeding.

Carefully introduce eggs into the water using a slotted spoon, ensuring they are fully submerged. Set a kitchen timer to mark 13 minutes.

Once the timer goes off, carefully lift eggs out of the water and permit them to cool for 3 minutes. Gently pry open the eggshell around its middle, then carefully remove the top half of the shell. Transfer the egg to a small bowl or serve it over toast, seasoned with salt and pepper
