- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 3 eggs
- 2 cups white sugar
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 3 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 3 cups grated zucchini
- 1 cup chopped walnuts

Preheat your oven to the required temperature of 350 degrees Fahrenheit or 175 degrees Celsius.

Sift all dry ingredients, including flour, cinnamon, salt, baking soda, and baking powder, together in a bowl. Set the mixture aside for later use.

In a large mixing container, whisk eggs until they are fully incorporated. Add sugar and mix until combined with the eggs. Next, add oil and vanilla extract to the mixture, then whisk everything together thoroughly.

Mix in grated zucchini into the egg mixture. Combine this with the sifted dry ingredients until everything is well incorporated.

Add chopped nuts to the mixture and stir until they are evenly distributed. Pour the final mixture into two ungreased loaf pans.
