Snickers Fudge Brownies
Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 cups white sugar
  • 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • 3/4 cup butter, melted
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups chocolate-coated caramel-peanut nougat candy (such as Snickers®), chopped, divided
Instructions
1
Preheat your oven to the desired temperature of 350 degrees Fahrenheit (or 175 degrees Celsius, if preferred).
2
Next, take a moment to prepare your baking pan by lightly coating it with a non-stick substance. This will ensure that the brownies release easily once they're baked.
3
Meanwhile, combine sugar, flour, cocoa powder, salt, and baking powder in a large mixing bowl.
4
In a separate container, cream together butter, eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth. Then, gradually add this mixture to the bowl with the dry ingredients, stirring until everything is well incorporated.
5
Now, divide the batter evenly between two bowls. Pour half of it into your prepared baking pan and sprinkle with half of the candy bar pieces on top.
6
Following this, spread the remaining batter over the top, covering all of the candy bar pieces completely.
7
Place your baking pan in the preheated oven and bake until the edges are nicely browned and the center is set, approximately 30 minutes.
8
Remove your brownies from the oven as soon as they're done and sprinkle the remaining candy bar pieces on top. Gently press them into place while the brownies are still warm.
9
Allow your brownies to cool completely before serving, which should take around 30 minutes.
