- 2 pounds shredded cooked chicken meat
- 16 tostada shells
- 1/2 cup sour cream

Preheat your stovetop to a medium heat setting.

Next, warm oil in a cooking vessel over the specified temperature until it starts to shimmer. Add sliced onions and cook for several minutes, or until they become tender and lose their firmness, about 5 minutes.

Concurrently, blend cooked tomatoes with chipotle peppers in a saucepan to create a smooth mixture.
