Slow Cooker Pork Chops with Creamy Sauce
Ingredients
  • 1 large onion, sliced into rings
  • 10 center-cut boneless pork chops, trimmed
  • 1 (10.5 ounce) can cream of onion soup
  • 1 (10.5 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
  • 5 fluid ounces water
  • 1 (1 ounce) package ranch dressing mix
  • 1 (1 ounce) package dry onion soup mix
  • salt and ground black pepper to taste
Instructions
1
Collect the required ingredients and prepare them for use.
2
Place half of the sliced onions at the bottom of the slow cooker. Position 5 pork chops on top, followed by a repeating pattern of onions and pork chops.
3
Pour the combined contents of both condensed soups and water over the pork chops, making sure they are fully submerged. Sprinkle the dressing and soup mixes evenly over the top layer, then add a pinch of salt and pepper to taste.
4
Seal the slow cooker and cook on Low for 4.5 to 5 hours or High for 2.5 to 3 hours, depending on your preferred cooking speed.
5
Note: Use a food thermometer inserted into the center of the meat to check its internal temperature, aiming for at least 145 degrees F (63 degrees C) for optimal doneness.
