Ingredients
- cooking spray
- 2 red bell pepper, seeded and sliced into strips
- 4 (8 ounce) boneless pork loin chops
- 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 cup chopped green onions
- 1/4 cup chopped roasted peanuts
- 2 limes, cut into wedges
Instructions
1
Preheat your slow cooker by spraying it with non-stick cooking spray.
2
Next, add sliced bell peppers and pork chops to the slow cooker.
3
Now, pour teriyaki sauce, vinegar, minced garlic, and a pinch of red pepper flakes over the top of the pork chops.
4
After that, close the lid and let it cook on Low for 8 to 9 hours or until the pork is extremely tender.
5
Once the pork is cooked, carefully take it out of the slow cooker and mix in peanut butter until you get a smooth consistency.
6
Return the pork back into the slow cooker and let it cook for an additional 10 minutes.
7
Finally, transfer the cooked pork to a serving dish and garnish it with chopped green onions and peanuts.
