- 1 cup orange juice (such as Simply®)
- 1/2 cup lime juice
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- 14 whole black peppercorns
- 1 large onion, finely chopped
- 1 head garlic, peeled and pressed
- 2 tablespoons kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 tablespoon dried oregano

Divide the pork loin into three equal portions to prepare for cooking.

Preheat a slow cooker to its lowest temperature setting, then add the juices of an orange, a lime, and a lemon along with some peppercorns. Next, add sliced onions to the cooker.

Combine minced garlic, salt, and dried oregano in a bowl to create a paste. Apply this mixture evenly to each pork piece before placing them inside the slow cooker.

Allow the pork to cook in the slow cooker for 9-10 hours on its lowest heat setting, or until it reaches a slightly pink color in the center. To confirm doneness, insert an instant-read thermometer into the thickest part of the meat and wait for it to reach at least 145 degrees F (63 degrees C). Remove the pork from the slow cooker using two forks and let it rest for 1 hour before serving.
