  • 2 (14.75 ounce) cans cream-style corn
  • 2 (10.75 ounce) cans condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 (4 ounce) cans chopped green chiles
  • 2 cups frozen corn
  • 2 cups frozen shredded hash brown potatoes
  • 2 cups cubed cooked ham
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons hot sauce
  • 2 teaspoons dried parsley
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • salt and ground black pepper to taste

Combine milk, cream-style corn, canned mushroom soup, chopped green chilies, frozen corn, diced hash brown potatoes, diced ham, sautéed onion, melted butter, hot sauce, chopped parsley, and chili powder in a slow cooker. Add a pinch of salt and a few grinds of black pepper to taste. Cover the slow cooker and cook on High for 4 hours or on Low for 6 hours.
