- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon ground coriander
- 2 pounds skinless, boneless chicken thighs
- 1/2 cup plain low-fat Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro

Combine the chopped tomatoes, sliced onion, ground garam masala, minced garlic, grated ginger, salt, brown sugar, cumin seeds, and coriander powder in a slow cooker until everything is fully incorporated.
