- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 (14 ounce) can tomato sauce
- 1 large onion, coarsely chopped
- 1 large green bell pepper, chopped
- 2 fresh green chile peppers, chopped
- 2 fresh red chile peppers
- 2 1/2 teaspoons curry powder
- 2 teaspoons garam masala
- 1 teaspoon ground coriander
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 2 cloves garlic, coarsely chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon ground red chile pepper

Sprinkle chicken pieces with flour to coat evenly

Heat a generous amount of oil in a large, deep skillet over medium-high heat and cook the chicken pieces until they develop a golden-brown color on all sides, approximately 5 minutes. Transfer the chicken to a slow cooker. Combine the tomato sauce, finely chopped onion, sliced bell pepper, green chile peppers, red chile peppers, a blend of spices including curry powder, garam masala, coriander, cumin, minced garlic, and chile powder in the slow cooker. Mix everything together thoroughly
