  • 2 teaspoons minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 3 teaspoons brown sugar
  • 2 (4 ounce) cans chopped green chile peppers
  • 1/2 medium onion, chopped, or more to taste
  • 1 (10.5 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 2 (14.5 ounce) cans low-sodium chicken broth
  • 3 pounds shredded, cooked chicken breast

Layer the ingredients in a 6-quart slow cooker, starting with beans, followed by cumin, coriander, garlic salt, oregano, brown sugar, chile peppers, onion, condensed soup, chicken broth, and finally shredded chicken. Mix well to combine all the ingredients and seal the lid.
