Combine frozen meatballs, barbeque sauce, pineapple chunks and juice, a diced onion, sliced bell pepper, and garlic powder in a slow cooker. Combine all the ingredients thoroughly to ensure that each meatball is evenly coated with the sauce using a large spoon. Cover the slow cooker with its lid.
