- 1 (10 ounce) can diced tomatoes with green chiles
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1 cup diced fully cooked ham
- 2 teaspoons red wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon white sugar
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon seasoned salt
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1 bay leaf
- 2 bunches collard greens, thinly sliced
- 2 bunches mustard greens, thinly sliced
- 2 bunches turnip greens, thinly sliced
Instructions

Combine the beef stock, diced tomatoes with green chiles, chopped onion, diced ham, vinegar, sugar, garlic powder, seasoned salt, and red pepper flakes in a slow cooker.

Add the collard greens, mustard greens, and turnip greens to the slow cooker in that order.

Proceed with cooking on Low for 4 to 6 hours, or until the greens are extremely tender.
