  • 1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
  • 2 cups torn fresh spinach
  • 1/2 cup ricotta cheese
  • 4 ounces fresh mozzarella cheese, sliced
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Preheat a large skillet over high heat, allowing it to reach a medium-high temperature. Cook and stir the sausage in the skillet until it is nicely browned and broken down into smaller bits, taking around 5 to 7 minutes. Combine the cooked sausage with noodles and mix well.

Next, add a generous amount of crushed tomatoes and tomato sauce to the skillet, stirring until they are fully incorporated with the sausage-noodle mixture. Bring the mixture to a rolling boil, then cover the skillet and lower the heat to a simmering level. Allow it to cook for approximately 25 minutes, or until the noodles are tender and the sauce has thickened.
