  • 2 pounds boneless pork loin roast

Next, take a small amount of flour and lightly dust an oven bag to prevent it from sticking.

Then, in a tiny bowl, mix together some brown sugar, applesauce, and a pinch of ginger to create the perfect glaze.

After that, place the pork roast inside the prepared oven bag and pour the brown sugar mixture over it. Seal the bag securely, then carefully position it in a roasting pan.

Finally, make a few small holes in the top of the bag to allow steam to escape while it cooks.
