Combine the dry ingredients of flour, salt, and yeast in a large glass or ceramic container; stir until the mixture is smooth with water. Cover the container with plastic wrap and allow it to rest in a warm environment at 70 degrees F (21 degrees C) for 12 to 19 hours.

Transfer the dough onto a floured surface, specifically a cutting board covered with waxed paper. Due to its sticky nature, the dough will require multiple turns to evenly coat all sides with flour. Set it aside, still covered with waxed paper, until the dough has doubled in size, approximately 2 hours.

Preheat a Dutch oven within your home's heating system. Set the temperature to 475 degrees F (245 degrees C).

Carefully remove the preheated Dutch oven and gently place the dough inside. Cover it with a lid to create an enclosed environment.
